Product Description
Limete Vacuum provides quartz glass vacuum observation windows DUV, while MPF uses patented vacuum welding technology to produce sapphire and quartz observation windows. The diameter of the quartz observation window can reach 8 inches (including zero length quartz observation windows designed for basic applications), and the baking temperature can reach 200 degrees Celsius. The transmission range of quartz windows is 193 nanometers to 2 micrometers.
