Limete vacuum design offers a variety of adapter flanges to meet the needs of two different types of flange connections. The adapter flange can be converted between CF, ISO, KF, VCR, threads, sleeves, and quick couplings. The adapter flange is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel material welded together, and all components undergo ultrasonic cleaning, vacuum helium mass spectrometry leak detection, and other processes. Flange adapters are usually used for transitional sealing flange types between two different flanges. We can provide standard adapter flanges such as CF (Conflat), KF (ISO-KF), ISO, and ASA (ANSI). We can also provide adapters for other special flanges. Usually, the pipeline between flange and flange adapters is a straight pipeline with a relatively short length. If possible, a conical pipeline can be used.

⑤ Baking and degassing

All components undergo a baking and degassing process, reducing the time customers need to obtain the desired vacuum degree and ensuring quality.

⑥ The product has interchangeability characteristics

The ultra-high vacuum components adopt both metric and British standards, and can be used in conjunction with domestic and foreign instruments. The products have the characteristic of interchangeability.

⑦ Product vacuum packaging

After vacuum degassing, all vacuum products are vacuum packaged.
