CF,formed Bellows
Product Description
Limete vacuum provides corrugated pipes that can be applied in ultra-high vacuum systems, achieving bending, expansion, and eccentricity effects. Vacuum corrugated pipes are usually divided into two types: formed corrugated pipes and welded corrugated pipes. The material of corrugated pipes used in ultra-high vacuum systems is generally 316L stainless steel. In ultra-high vacuum systems, corrugated pipes connecting the high vacuum pump and the front stage pump are often formed with KF flanges at both ends.

quality assurance
① Strict material selection
Vacuum Easy Buy chooses Baosteel materials for processing to ensure reliable material quality.
② Automatic welding
Reliable welding, uniform welding lines,
③ Small static bending radius
Comparison table for nominal diameter, wall thickness, and bending radius of corrugated pipes
④ Welding component leakage detection
Vacuum welded components will be tested for leakage rate values ≤ 1E-11 pa. m3/s using a helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
⑤ The product has interchangeability characteristics
The brand's ultra-high vacuum components adopt both metric and British standards, and can be used in conjunction with domestic and foreign instruments. The products have the characteristic of interchangeability.
